Can I return a personalised item?

Because personalised products are made just for you, we don’t accept returns on custom items — unless we’ve made a mistake on our end. (Don’t worry, it’s rare!)

If there’s an issue with your order — wrong item, error in the design, damaged delivery — get in touch with us right away and we’ll make it right.
